From my earliest days in the business world, I've been passionate about helping new hires find their footing in professional environments. My extensive experience in training, onboarding, and employee development has given me the tools to do exactly that.

I've built and led teams where quality and service excellence were paramount, instilling in each member the importance of communication, consistency, and accountability. By designing training programs focused on service standards and professional conduct, I give young adults a solid foundation for their first service-based roles.
Confidence Is a Skill and I'll Prove It
Standing at 5'3", I've mastered the art of appearing "tall" through confidence, and I teach others to do the same. As someone who once wished to blend into the crowd, I know firsthand what it takes to command a room.
Beyond the Classroom
When I'm not guiding young professionals, you'll find me volunteering, teaching seniors to write short stories, because great communication matters at every stage of life.
